Going medieval

This is half a commission that's being done. The first half is complete but with my friend who commissioned the work and I won't be able to get them for photos for a while.

I'm also working on a church at the moment and will be doing a manor house at some point in the future.

  1. They are lovely- the thatch must rank as the best I’ve seen outside of real buildings!

Up to now I’ve normally gone with a dark brown / grey colour but these change my mind :-)

Love the TMP note - the pics ‘end up’ as Bills copyright according to the site :-) :-) ! :-0

    1. Thank you kindly :-)

The colour is helped by the actual colour of the fur that is used so trying a different one might prove worthwhile.

Yeah, 'Tango' and Bill can stuff it lol

  2. Wonderful! And perfect timing for inspiration as I am currently working on some plastic wattle and daub houses.
