Odou base

I've been  quite ill over the past couple of weeks hence the silence but I'm on the mend. This one was done a while ago but here it is :-)

Quite possibly the most popular commission piece I've done over the years. I think this is the seventh time I've done one. It uses the re-mastered Odou from the webshop so there is opportunity for interior access.

Available here if you fancy one  ;)

Semaphore

Nice little project this one and I was quite pleased with how the arms turned out. They are removable and have a separate little box so they don't get damaged in transit.

It does make me want one for myself as I've had a hankering to do a small French revolution project based on the Hornblower epsiode The Frogs and the Lobsters. I've got a mate thats got a Royal Navy landing party so I wouldn't have to do both sides...

The groundwork around the rocks is a bit different from what I normally do as it was done to match the clients figure bases.

Some AWI

Well, one for now but I've got a few others on the go at the moment and they'll get posted as and when.

28mm of course and the client will be basing it himself.

And here's the Mariah

Had a bit of trouble with the underneath of this one as it wasn't supplied completely flat but it was nothing that a bit of car body filler wouldn't solve.

I must admit, I'm not keen on painting large areas of black as I'm not that good at it but I think it turned out ok :-)

I've got some gypsy caravans to do and a couple of my own carriages and when they are all done I'll set up some scenic shots.

Well, that's a bit Hansom

Painted this for a friend and have a few more to do. Not the easiest kit to put together and needed some additional work but it turned out ok.

It'll be used in our Gothic Horror/Tales of Horror games. I'll be posting some of the game reports here in the very near future (although some of you might have seen them on LAF already).

Mariah next :-)
